❄️ Baby, it’s cold outside ❄️

So today in England, it started to snow!! Even though snow itself is beautiful, the temperature isn’t as much and I don’t know about you but I hate being cold! But lets just take a minute to thank the high-street retailers for their warm and fashionable coats. I love love love coats, I seem to have a weird obsession with them and if I could afford it, I would have a wardrobe just for coats. Is that weird? So I thought that I would pick some of my fav coats on the high-street at the moment.. I’m not sure if that’s to benefit you or me lol! It’s strange because when I was younger, you couldn’t get me to put on my coat for a n y t h i n g but now, I feel like my outfit isn’t finished without one!

PLT X Olivia Culpo

Olivia Culpo is an American actress and model and she is absolutely beautiful and so is her clothing range that she’s brought out with Pretty Little Thing. Olivia has said that her clothing range with PLT is inspired by the colours in Rome in the Spring.

I thought that I would share with you guys some of my fav pieces from her range and you can tell me yours, too!

Dresses are first and I’m sorry but look how BEAUT the red dress is 😍 😍.  The slit in the leg and the strappy back just makes it special! The dress is £30.00 and can be found here. It also comes in black too. The next dress is a bodycon fit with puff sleeves and a choker neck which I love love love. The dress is £25.00 which can be found here. This dress also comes in black which is perfect for a LBD.

I am a big lover of playsuits and Olivia has done well with these two. Both of these playsuits are different from what other shops sell which makes them extra special. The red ruffle playsuit is £30.00 which can be found here. This playsuit comes in black also but I personally prefer the red! The next photo doesn’t give the playsuit justice as it is embroidered with sequins 😍 and of course with this detail, it isn’t going to be cheap. The playsuit is £60.00 and can be found here.

Even though the material of the skirt isn’t my thing, I still love it. The side bow detail on the skirt just makes it! The skirt is £22.00 and can be found here. This skirt also comes in black. The tie waist shirt dress is my fav and something that I would defo wear on a day-to-day basis. The shirt is £25.00 and can be found here. This shirt dress also comes in white.

💓 Lady in Red 💓

What makes a woman look fiery, sexy and sassy? Red of course so no wonder that red is this seasons colour! 🔥

No matter what type of girl you are or what type of clothes you wear, red looks great! I thought that I would do a little post on some key pieces for everyone’s wardrobe.

 

One key piece for your wardrobe is this beautiful culotte jumpsuit that ties up at the waist and has a cross detail back. The strappy detail and culotte style makes this jumpsuit easy to style for your casual wear as you could dress it with a casual tee and trainers. If you were going out for the evening, you could dress the jumpsuit up with a barely there heel. Perfect!! This jumpsuit is from River Island and costs £50.00

 

I still have a soft spot for frilly/flare trousers. I just think that they make an outfit look more interesting .. effortless and interesting – what more would you want? 😄. These trousers are from Pretty Little Thing and are £15.00

 

Every girl needs a body suit in their wardrobe as they are so so easy to style. This bodysuit is from Missguided and costs £18.00. If you want to save money and you happen to have a red swimsuit in your wardrobe, why not style that with a pair of jeans or leather skirt.. Same difference, right? 😉

 

Every girl needs a biker jacket in their wardrobe and that’s including a suede one! This suede jacket is from River Island and costs £60.00

 

Studs have been in fashion now for a while and it looks like they’re not going away any time soon. This beaut studded leather skirt is from Pretty Little Thing and costs £25.00

 

 

WAYS TO WEAR – MUSTARD JACKET

Did you spend a lot of money on a jacket but feel like you don’t get enough wear out of it for the money value? Or are you wanting to buy an expensive jacket but don’t know what you’re going to wear it with? Well, fear not! I am here to help 😉

Below, you will see that I have dressed a mustard suede biker jacket from River Island three different ways. I absolutely love this jacket and the colour but it isn’t cheap. So I thought I’d show you three different ways to wear this jacket so you feel like you’re not wasting money.

The first way to wear is styling the mustard jacket with Gingham Frill Trousers. These trousers are from Pretty Little Thing. Some may feel like dressing gingham with a mustard suede jacket is too much so to break it up, I’ve dressed it with a casual graphic tee which is also from River Island. One popular trend at the moment is dressing a graphic tee with smart trousers and I LOVE it! My type of trend lol

Another way to wear the mustard jacket is to wear it with a rock style graphic tee. Of course you can style it with any rock tee that you would like but I’ve chose a bodysuit as it is more fitting. The bodysuit is from Pretty Little Thing and I chose it because it has the mustard colour in with it. I’ve then chose to dress it with black ripped skinny jeans to make this look more ‘rock chic‘. These jeans are from Topshop.

 

Last but not least, I thought the mustard jacket was perfect to match with a stripe tee. You could dress it with a more prominent black and white stripe basic tee but I chose to tone it down with a more girlie style bardot frill top which is beaut. Again you can wear this with jeans but I’ve chose to style it with a leather skirt. The leather skirt is from New Look and I love it because of the zip detail  😍.
